Welcome

I am a professor in the School of Computing of the University of Georgia (UGA). I am also the director of the UGA Institute for Artificial Intelligence, the director of the Evolutionary Computation & Machine Learning (ECML) lab, a member of the Georgia Informatics Institutes,Institute for Integrative Precision Agriculture and the UGA Faculty of Robotics.


Research Interests
  • Artificial Intelligence Methods including Genetic Algorithms, Evolutionary Computation and Machine Learning.
  • Artificial Intelligence Applications including Engineering Design, Agriculture, Public Health and Bioinformatics.
